Shipping & Delivery
Directly after you confirmed your order, an confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address with all the details of your order. All orders placed on a business day will be processed in a couple of hours and sent the same business day. All orders will be shipped to the address you specify. Our carriers UPS Express Saver, DHL Express worldwide, Postnord Recommended First Class will deliver your order safe and quick.
The time of delivery depends on Postnord, DHL and UPS time of delivery and the postal service in the country where the goods are sent and the delivery time can vary from time to time. Sometimes a package can be delayed if it is held in customs for a while. If your order has been shipped but has not yet arrived, please note that we are not able to assist you until a minimum of 10 days have passed. As soon as an order leaves our distribution center, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by custom authorities and/or other circumstances that are out of our control. Due to the nature of the product (smokeless nicotine pouches) we cannot accept any returns. This also applies if you should change your mind with regard to your order or if you ordered the wrong product.It is our experience that most packages arrive at their destination within the time below.

Customs
Your delivery may be subject to import taxes, duties, and surcharges, which usually are charged once the shipment reaches your country. Any of these charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, www.whitepouch.co.uk have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When ordering from www.whitepouch.co.uk, you are considered as the importer of the products and must comply with all regulations and laws applying to the import of smokeless nicotine products into the country where you will be receiving the product.
If you refuse your order due to local duties, or your local customs refuses your package due to local restrictions, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. We do not reship, or refund refused orders since this is out of our control. The same applies if you refuse to pick up your order, do not collect the delivery in time or if the order is seized or held by customs due to a violation of the destination country’s import regulations. Due to the perishable nature of our product, it cannot be restocked or resold after having been shipped once.
Please also note that deliveries are subject to being opened for inspection by customs and customs clearance procedures can add a few extra days to your expected delivery time. As an importer of the goods you need to comply with any regulations and laws of your country of destination, agree to all requests made by customs and provide any documents they might ask for.
Refunds & Return of goods
Any returns of goods are not acceptable because nicotine pouches are considered as perishables. The same holds true with returns, we will not issue refunds on returned merchandise.
Deliveries to military addresses
Deliveries to military bases or addresses may take longer than standard delivery times due to security protocols and logistical challenges. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the estimated delivery time for military addresses. We recommend contacting your local military post office for accurate information.
We cannot guarantee that deliveries to military addresses will arrive in time or at all. Factors such as customs clearance, security checks, and transportation delays are beyond our control, and we will not issue any refunds in this matter. While we strive to deliver promptly, we appreciate your understanding that unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Backorder Meaning & Management
This means that the item is not currently in stock, but ordered and on its way.
You may still order and can still make payment with the promise of future delivery.
Items available on backorder may or may not indicate a date when they will be back in stock.
Backorders may occur for several different reasons such as,
Demand exceeds supply due to seasonal trends or marketing
Supplier production/delivery problems or poor planning around lead time from our suppliers.
